Are you interested in flipping your own homes and developing your own real estate projects?
Join the Berkeley Real Estate Club (BREC) for a free virtual speaker event featuring Huan Fang, founder of Fifth Arch, a Bay Area real estate development company.
Huan is a UC Berkeley Master of Architecture graduate who has been successfully flipping and developing residential projects across the Bay Area since 2019. During this session, he will walk us through the real-world process of building a real estate business, including:
• How he finds and evaluates deals
• How he sources capital and structures investments
• How he hires and manages subcontractors
• Profit examples and project timelines
• Key lessons learned from flipping and development
This is a great opportunity to learn how investors actually build real estate projects themselves and turn small deals into scalable development platforms.
