I am hosting a birthday fundraiser to support Socrates Sculpture Park with some of my favorite summer things! Anyone and everyone is welcome. Friday, August 21 · 4–8pm · Chateau le Woof Fresh oysters, live jazz, and a surprise pairing — all in support of the return of free outdoor movies at Socrates. The Wandering Shuckers will be shucking on-site all evening for purchase, serving both raw and baked. A live jazz band plays through the night. Here's the twist: donate $25 to the Socrates Sculpture Park Outdoor Cinema fundraiser and you'll receive a surprise drink pairing matched to your oysters. Raw or baked, there's something chosen to go with it — and we're not telling you what until it's in your hand. Socrates Outdoor Cinema has been bringing free films to the waterfront for decades.
