ONE DAY — Fall Festival 2026 🏙️🔥 11 hours. Live music. Cold plunges. Sports tournaments. Fitness classes. A full concert. And it's all FREE. ONE DAY is a massive community festival taking over Colorado UpLift in Aurora — fitness, food, art, competition, and culture all day long, building into a live concert and special presentation to close the night. Bring your crew! 🏃 MORNING (9 AM) 5K run/walk (all paces welcome — you can walk the whole thing if you’d like!), cold plunges + recovery zone, DJ Zay spinning live, optional kickboxing/CrossFit workout class 🏀 AFTERNOON (11 AM – 4:30 PM) Volleyball, 3v3 basketball, and dodgeball tournaments in the gym · football skills competition led by former D1 athletes · rotating fitness classes, dance workout · live music outside all afternoon · food trucks · vendor village · inflatables + family activities · chill lounge with free snacks, drinks, and games 🎤 EVENING (4:30 – 8 PM) Full concert in the sanctuary — DJ Zay + Terrance (MC) · plus live performances from local & national artists · special presentation · worship THE DETAILS 📍 Colorado UpLift Community Campus: 1500 S.
