In a world where resumes are filtered by algorithms and job applications are increasingly automated, it’s never been harder, or more confusing, to stand out. Between AI-generated resumes flooding the system and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) auto-rejecting qualified candidates, job seekers are left feeling frustrated and unseen.
Join us for a candid, compassionate panel featuring senior women leaders in tech who review resumes daily. We’ll unpack the current landscape of AI and recruitment, share real talk on what it’s like behind the scenes, and offer practical, up-to-date advice on how to get noticed in a hiring process that’s become more machine than human.
Whether you're a Hiring Manager, actively job searching or just trying to future-proof your career, this conversation will leave you with a better understanding of how the system works—and how to navigate it with intention.
