Inspired by the words and lineage of Audre Lorde, a 75-minute somatics workshop offering a space to voice our fears and desires in the presence of community. Through guided movement and collective journaling, we will envision AND embody the changes we want and need. 

Together, we will practice centering in presence and meeting external & internal pressure from a place of groundedness. From this place of support, we will encourage each other to name our vision(s) and then bravely ask, “Am I using my strength in the service of my vision?”
