Composting operations at the massive SF compost facility
Trash processing and landfill diversion tech
Recycling sorting facilities
Behind-the-scenes at the Environmental Learning Center (ELC)
Possible glimpses of the famous Artist-in-Residence program and sculpture garden

Rush hour traffic (best to drive)
Tour requires driving between sites (not transit/taxi-friendly)

Meet 7:45 AM at Katharine's (albany) for carpool to SF, if enough people second car leaving from Berkeley/N. Oak
Tour estimated 9 AM–1 PM
Free public tour (Recology SF standard) – wear closed-toe shoes, layers
