You’ll learn how to execute two modern variations: a clean, classic blunt bob and a creative textured bob with fringe. We’ll go in depth on structure, sectioning, and finishing, while also breaking down the consultation process: sharing the exact questions to ask to ensure clarity and confidence with every client.
This class includes live demos of both cuts, curated lunch, and swag bags with a few of our faves.

Ashley Allen is a Seattle-based hairstylist with over 12 years in the industry, roots in Aveda training and advanced design education through Gene Juarez. Since going independent in 2019, her work has been grounded in creating a standout client experience and a deep love for intentional haircutting. In 2024, Ashley built her own salon space and now mentors stylists as they transition into independent business ownership at Colsie Salon.
She’s passionate about sharing what she’s learned throughout her time in the beauty industry, building a supportive community, and helping other stylists grow with confidence and creativity.
