Looking to connect in a way that’s sustainable for this challenging moment? This workshop will share foundational practices for embodied well-being and attuned communication, allowing participants to connect in pairs and small groups in ways that are authentic while honoring the time and practice it takes to build trust. We’ll practice connecting without agenda, allowing natural resonance to arise from organic harmonization between people. You can expect to take away practices and principles to aid in your ability to cultivate a healthy relational ecosystem around you, and you may make friends, collaborators, or various other types of connections.
