Self grounding. The Space Between. Contact.
The Space Between is a practice of self-led movement and choiceful connection. We start first by dropping into our own bodies. Grounding and patient. When we are ready, we expand our range, exploring the space between bodies, the subtle field where we can sense what we want, what we don’t, and what we’re available for before anything becomes contact. From there, connection may emerge naturally, without forcing anything.
The room is held by simple agreements, a light structure, a rotating community-led facilitator, and the intelligence of the group.
