The Dreams we have at night have been a wellspring of creative inspiration and deep wisdom across time and cultures. Join us for this three part learning series on the last Saturdays of July, August, and September! Each session will include philosophical group discussion, different practices for remembering and processing dreams, and plenty of dream sharing together through a lens of relationship, curiosity, and decolonial ideals. SESSION TWO Aug. 30th 10am-1pm Teaching & Discussion: Herbs & Dreaming Personal Practice: Dream Altars Dream incubation (asking your dreams a question) Dream Sharing Practice: Small group dream sharing In the next and final session, we'll cover dream mapping, personal symbol inquiries, and the "My dream of this dream..." method of dream sharing.
