Feel the exhilaration as you twist, stretch, and bend, rediscovering the joy of movement. In the first session, Jharde of GRND Pilates will guide us through the graceful movements of pilates, helping us to connect with our body and tap into our inner child.
But the adventure doesn't stop there! In the second session, we'll dive into the serene realm of yoga with Camrei of The Sunrei Wellness, where we’ll flow through poses that ignite our imagination and transport us to a state of inner peace.
And remember, the magic of this event extends far beyond the day. We invite you to bring at least 1 or more packs of diapers for our charity partner, The Tender Foundation, and their diaper bank. Let's come together to support single moms that are living on the margins here in ATL and spread the joy of giving.
