Join us for a relaxed, feel-good run or walk designed for moms who want to move their bodies without pressure. We’ll meet at Attalus Coffee, head out for a 1–2 mile loop at whatever pace feels right (walk, jog, or stroller stroll), then return for coffee and connection.
This is your space to get fresh air, support your mental well-being, and meet other moms who get it.
