This Yoga × Crochet × Brunch community workshop is an invitation to pause, breathe, and create—together.

We’ll start the morning with a gentle, grounding yoga session to reconnect with the body and set an intentional tone for the day. From there, we’ll move into a relaxed crochet workshop where you can explore the joy of working with your hands, guided step by step in a welcoming, pressure-free atmosphere. No previous yoga or crochet experience is needed—just curiosity and openness.

To complete the experience, we’ll share a cozy brunch moment, giving space to chat, connect, and enjoy the community we’re building. Whether you come alone or with friends, this is a space to feel at ease, inspired, and supported.
