Membership organizations already contain the ingredients of a thriving ecosystem: trusted relationships, valuable expertise, service providers, resources, referrals, and opportunities. Yet much of that value remains scattered across events, directories, email threads, and personal introductions. What would it look like if the network actually worked between events? Join Jonathan Padilla, founder of Exonome, for an intimate SF Tech Week lunch with a small group of leaders from associations, chambers, professional networks, family business communities, and other membership-driven organizations. With support from the University of San Francisco, which is providing the venue, the conversation will also include Dr. Monika Hudson, Director of the Gellert Family Business Center. Dr. Hudson will share perspectives from the Center’s own membership goals and challenges, adding a real-world lens to the broader discussion. Over lunch, we’ll have a candid conversation about how trusted operators can: • Help members discover and connect with one another • Make trusted providers, resources, and opportunities easier to find • Extend community value beyond events and email • Strengthen engagement, acquisition, and retention • Create new revenue without compromising trust • Launch digital exchanges without having to manufacture a new audience Jonathan will also share a brief look at Exonome, the infrastructure helping trusted operators turn networks they already have into branded, working exchanges. No panel. No presentations disguised as thought leadership. No crowded networking reception. Just lunch and a useful conversation among leaders facing similar opportunities. This gathering is intended for executives and leaders responsible for membership, community, partnerships, or ecosystem development. Lunch will be provided. Attendance is limited, and RSVPs are subject to confirmation. This event is a part of #SFTechWeek —a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem.
