By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Release of Liability: You agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, performers, venue staff, sponsors, and all affiliated entities from any claims, demands, damages, or actions arising from your participation in the event, whether caused by the negligence of the organizers or otherwise.
Health and Safety: You confirm that you are in good health and able to safely participate in the event. You agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by event staff or the venue.
Photography and Media: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes, and waive any rights to compensation or approval of the use of your likeness.
Event Changes or Cancellations: The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, performers, or cancel the event entirely due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued in accordance with the event's refund policy. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, or, if that is not feasible, the organizers will contact attendees to determine the most suitable alternative refund method.
Smoking, vaping, fighting, drugs, fireworks, illegal substances, large bags, laser pointers, outside alcohol, non-service animals, and the possession or use of weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises. Additionally, any form of bullying or discrimination based on race, sexuality, gender, or religion will not be tolerated.
Event organizers and’s A vendors reserve the right to remove any individual from the event for violating any terms of the liability waiver.
