Event Logistics and Assembly Point

EVENT DETAILS CONFIRMED: Calling all 🏳️‍🌈 Aussies, Kiwis, and allies in the Bay Area! Come Down Under for Brekky & Pride! We’re bringing the Down Under spirit to San Francisco, and we want you to join us. Pre-Parade Breakfast (9:00am) Join us from 9:00am on Level 19, 575 Market Street for coffee, brekky, and a mimosa to kick off the day. Our team will greet you in the foyer of 575 Market Street. We’ll hear a special welcome from the Consul General of Australia, Chris Ketter, and enjoy a live performance from the fabulous Ella Gunt. You’ll also be able to collect your t-shirt and goodies to share with the crowd. Heading to the Parade (11:00am) At 11:00am, we will depart the Consulate together and walk to our assembly point at the corner of Folsom and Main Streets, where we’ll gather and wait for our moment to march. If you’re unable to join us for breakfast but would still like to march, please meet us no later than 11:30am at Zone P1. Custom shirts, totes & goodies Our custom shirts are all accounted for, and we ordered a few more! Congrats to the first 70 people that arrive in the morning. We’ll also have tote bags and goodies to hand out on the day, for you and the crowds along Market Street. If you missed out on a shirt, come dressed in green and gold and bring all the Down Under energy you can muster! Join us for a drink afterwards! If you want to keep the good vibes going, we have booked some tables at Standard Deviant following the event. It’s a short 15 min walk from where the parade finishes. 📍 280 14th Street On the Day — A Few Things to Know To keep everyone safe and make sure we put on a great show: 🚫 No alcohol or substances in the assembly area (enjoy a mimosa with us beforehand, but no drinking during the parade) 🚶 Stick with the group and follow your contingent monitors 🚗 Do not approach, touch, or walk near the parade vehicle — wheel monitors will manage this 🎁 You’re welcome to hand goodies directly to spectators, but please do not throw items into the crowd 🎤 Ella will be performing from the vehicle — please keep the surrounding space clear 📍 If you get separated meet us in Zone P1, or call Brendan on (628) 306 3338. 💧 Bring water — it can be warmer than you think once you’re moving.
