11.11 Aura of Fall Fundraising Party
You're invited 11.11 from 4-8pm to the warm and toasty Aura of Fall Party!
Aura of Fall captures plants being harvested at this time - their smells, textures, and flavors to foster plant centered conversations while supporting local environmental organizations.
Tickets include (1) drink & native fruit treat. There will be a cash bar serving natural wines, whiskey, ciders, and snacks. All proceeds go to supporting local organizations: Farm School NYC, Newtown Creek Alliance, & Biocitizen. Additionally there will be a raffle with prizes presented from 6-7pm.
Furniture design by Plantier Concrete and wearable art by Seize Decay will be featured throughout the space.
Guest speakers include the Ecological Communities Organization based in Ridgewood, Queens & horticulturist Seth Bunker. There will also be a black walnut ink painting demo for all to try!
