A place for us women to let tf go of performing or hiding all the damn time. This is a safe space for all body expression — sound, movement, skin (within legal boundaries lol). But seriously. Let's come together to celebrate being women with all our lady lumps. Stretch into what's calling for your attention, roll around what feels sticky and stuck, and roar that deep growl from the pit of your stomach to transmute the ancestral trauma and present rage from the world right now. We'll open with an intention circle, a little 1:1 get-to-know-a-girl, then I'll guide a ganja ceremony (optional) into our breathwork & embodiment portion. Once we're warmed up, we're getting into Tahitian and Hula hip movements for some conditioning for dat ass. Let's have fun. And train the way we're supposed to.
