A guided journey of breath, sound, heat, and cold—designed to awaken your inner fire, soften the heart, and bring you back into balance.
We begin with a healing breath and sound ceremony, breathing deep into the belly to ignite inner fire and open the heart. Through rhythm and vibration, we alchemize heaviness into light—activating the body’s ancient healing wisdom and guiding you into a state of release, clarity, and deep connection.
To seal the practice, we move into contrast therapy.
Traditional Finnish sauna heat melts tension and opens the body.
The cold plunge sharpens awareness, anchors the nervous system, and locks in the work.
Together, heat and cold create a powerful reset—leaving you grounded, energized, and deeply present.
This is not a class.
It’s a ceremony.
