Calling all spooky babes, pumpkin queens, and workout witches! OC Cuties is headed back to Barry’s for a FREE Halloween themed HIIT class at their beautiful waterfront studio in Long Beach! Whether you’re a gym girlie or just want to sweat it out with a fun group, this one’s for you.

Time: 6:15 PM (arrive by 6:05 PM to check in)
📍 Location: Barry’s Long Beach – 6400 E Pacific Coast Hwy, Unit D-155, Long Beach, CA
🧟♀️ VIBES & DRESS CODE
This is a Halloween themed workout, so come dressed to slay (literally).
No need to wear a full costume, think:
🧡 Orange or black sets
🕸️ Halloween socks or scrunchies
👾 Claw clips, space buns, or mini themed accessories
🎃 Any festive touches that let your spooky spirit shine
We’ll be sweating, but we’ll be doing it in style.
🔥 WHAT TO EXPECT
- A 50 minute HIIT workout led by a Barry’s trainer
- Split between treadmill intervals and dumbbell strength training (you can opt out of the treadmill if needed!)
- Moody red lighting, upbeat music, and high energy vibes in the iconic “Red Room”
- A beautiful studio right on the water, complete with a Fuel Bar and outdoor hangout space
💲 COST
Completely FREE! This class is a $29 value, and we’re bringing it to you at no cost thanks to Barry’s generosity. But spots are extremely limited, and we’re prioritizing those who will truly show up.

Please RSVP only if you're 100% committed.
If you cancel at any time after signing up, even for a good reason, you will be responsible for reimbursing $29 for the class. This ensures every spot goes to someone who genuinely wants to be there.
