"Intuitive Bliss" is a state of high-frequency and joyful energy accessed by tuning into inner wisdom. A total YOU DAY you don't want to miss! Indulge in a day of relaxation, connection, creativity, joy and all the in-betweens. This event includes (from 9am - 2pm): Opening circle Light journaling, connecting, sharing Intuitive painting (all materials included) Full breathwork session Lunch, snacks and drinks Closing circle Optional (and highly recommended from 2pm - 4:30pm): Relaxation/Integration: Hot tub, cold plunge, hammock, chill/connect, nap... whatever you need to relax and soak in the vibes of the day! :) No breathwork or painting experience needed! Just come with an open heart and mind. The magical space created and agenda curated are for you to completely unwind, tap in and connect with your truest self, use your inner compass to guide the day and way, create a soul-led piece of art, and just enjoy being present in the beautiful moments created.
