*if Sarah isn’t present please use the guide and walk on your own. These Monday walks follow the Christian liturgical calendar, an ancient rhythm that orders time around the life of Christ. Rather than rushing past the seasons, we move slowly through them—allowing prayer, silence, Scripture, and embodied movement to shape us over time. We will be walking together all year, through Christmastide, Epiphany, Lent, Easter, and Ordinary Time. You are welcome to join for a single Monday, for a season, or to keep walking as long as it serves your prayer and presence. EVERY MONDAY — Walking Meditation 9:30–11:00 AM Labyrinth at Gethsemane Lutheran 2696 Melbourne Dr San Diego, CA 92123 Each gathering includes a brief orientation, a guided labyrinth walk, and time for reflection afterward. Infants worn by a caregiver are welcome, and children over 8 can typically manage the walking and silence.
