Come out for our final Sunday walk before we shift back to Wednesdays with the time change! We’re revisiting Cedar Breaks Park after having interest in the last one, especially for those who couldn’t make it. Parking inside the park is $5 per vehicle, but there’s free parking in the designated spots right outside the entrance of the park and you can walk in.
What to Expect
We’ll be heading to Crockett Garden Falls! This is a moderately challenging, rocky walk/hike, so please wear sturdy shoes.
* Total distance: about 3.8 miles
* We’ll take breaks along the way
* We’ll hang out at the falls as our halfway point. Feel free to bring snacks to enjoy there. Please bring plenty of water, as this is a longer walk/hike.
Meet-Up & Directions
* Meet-up: 10:45 AM
* Walk starts: 11:00 AM
* Starting point: San Gabriel River Trail / Goodwater Loop Trailhead
After entering the park, head down the hill and look for a parking lot loop on the left—that’s our meeting spot.
Restrooms: There are no restrooms at the trailhead. Restrooms are available near the lake if you continue down the hill after entering the park.
Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome! They must stay on leash and be cleaned up after.
