Kick off spooky season with a Backyard Movie Club screening of the revolutionary horror classic THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE (1974), “a film whose very title has become America’s cultural shorthand for perversity, moral decline, and especially the corruption of children.” It’s scary! It’s gross! It’s “true”! Come hang and chow down on some popcorn as we learn the gruesome answer to the question: “Who will survive, and what will be left of them?” DOORS OPEN @ 8:00PM. MOVIE SCREENING WILL BEGIN APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES AFTER DOORS. --- LATE NIGHT FRIGHTS is a series of movies on the scarier end of the spooky-scary spectrum, shown (a little) later at night for maximum creepy effect. Join us Thursdays in October for a late night fright and a good scare! 😱 MORE LATE NIGHT FRIGHTS: 🎟️ 10/15: Barbarian (2022) 🎟️ 10/22: Candyman (1996) 🍻 10/29: Trick 'r' Treat (2007): Drink-a-Long View all the October Backyard Movie Club screenings here: https://partiful.com/u/1zGPD0X0XMJiGxNCe7xs
