"Movies are our way of telling God what we think about this world and our place in it." - Josh Larsen
Join us for a Cinema Church night as we watch The Holdovers—a heartfelt story about unlikely friendships, grace, and what it means to show up for one another when life doesn’t go as planned. Set over a quiet holiday break, the film explores loneliness, compassion, and the quiet ways love and redemption take shape in unexpected community.
After the screening, we’ll spend time reflecting together on themes of mercy, chosen family, and how God often meets us in ordinary, overlooked moments.
Come for the movie, stay for the conversation. All are welcome.
Doors will open at 6:30PM and the film will begin promptly at 7pm at the Blue House. Cost is $5! Popcorn and sparkling water will be provided. Feel free to bring food/snacks/drinks to share! 🍬🍭🍫🍕🥟🥜🥤
