BGIAS NY, we’re kicking off 2025 with something unforgettable! Join your host, Tatianna Mack, for a special experience at The Met Fifth Avenue! On Saturday, February 8 at 1 PM, enjoy an afternoon of hands-on art-making, artist-led demos, and conversations with Met experts. Then, stay for a special viewing of Flight into Egypt: Black Artists and Ancient Egypt, 1876–Now—a powerful exhibition exploring how Black artists and cultural icons have reimagined ancient Egypt through visual art, literature, music, and more. Spanning nearly 150 years of history, from the Harlem Renaissance to the Black Arts Movement and today, this showcase features nearly 200 works across multiple mediums. We can’t wait to see you there!
