Uniting Anti-Zionist Jews: Building Community and Solidarity (on the beach!) Date: Thursday, July 18 Time: 6 PM Location: Long Beach NY (exact location will be sent to participants) Accessibility: There is parking nearby, 15 minute walk from LIRR, beach has ramp access but no mats on the sand Join us for an inspiring gathering to connect, share, and strengthen our community. This is a meet and greet event, where we will have ice breakers and get a chance to know eachother in community. Children are welcome. We plan on having future events (in person / virtual) where we will discuss more action items / community organizing. Light snacks will be provided - please consider bringing your own water bottle and beach chair RSVP: Please indicate “going” and we will reach out to you with further information Let’s come together to create solidarity against imperialism and militarism and to cultivate a community that keeps each other safe. While this event is geared towards Jews against genocide, non-Jews are certainly welcome as well. This event will not tolerate anti-semitism, homophobia, Islamophobia, transphobia, discrimination towards disabled folks, or any type of hate towards any marginalized group.
