Get the sleep you deserve and ground with the earth as you relax for 45 minutes. If you’re lucky we’ll have a fire to do some intention setting. Weather permitting….(if it rains, we will reschedule).
Bring a Yoga Mat, Pillow and Blanket. You will be lying on the ground.
