Elemental is a four-part series designed to foster connection with nature, craft, food, and each other. The dates and times will be: JUNE 2ND 6-8:30PM • EARTH • TREASURE BOX DECORATING JUNE 11TH 6-8:30PM • WATER • FOOD DYE WATERCOLORS https://partiful.com/e/13amzR9jGO1C94ER3ObY JUNE 20TH 2-4:30PM • AIR • DRIED CITRUS GARLANDS JUNE 28TH 2-4:30PM • FIRE • FOOD CYANOTYPES Join for one, two, three, or all four of the events — they will all be unique. Consider each event a field day for experimenting with various creative mediums, meeting new friends, neighbors...lovers?... who's to say. We'll go where the wind takes us...and the earth, and the water, and the fire. We'll have all the materials, homemade snacks, and bevs you'll need to settle in to a few hours of conversation, some facilitated, some free-flow, and a guided creative project. You'll leave each session with a beautiful decoration or practical object (at times both) to bring back home. This intention of this series is to expand our individual and collective earth-loving communities in NYC; to create a space for new and familiar faces to gather and show up for each other long after the event ends. Invite each other to your shows, book clubs, classes, parties, etc, etc, etc! To be in community is to support and be supported. All four events will be held in an outdoor space in Brooklyn, locations will be released with each individual event. Suggested donation is $35 to cover food and material costs, If price is a barrier to you saying 'yes', please reach out to us with what works for you.
