Fatties is a playful pop-up bakery built on curiosity, baked with whimsy, and shared with joy. Created as a way to bring a little more play back to food, Fatties takes inspiration from nostalgia, familiar flavours, and everyday food memories, reimagining them into something unexpected. It's about curiosity, experimentation, and giving ourselves permission to have fun with what we eat. For this pop-up at Alba Café from 10am until we sell out, expect a selection of nostalgic and playful bakes alongside unexpected flavour combinations and a few surprises made especially for the day. Think familiar, but not quite as you remember it. Food that makes you look twice, taste twice, and hopefully smile. Come curious. Leave joyful.
