Meet Miguel at Grand Duchess! Join us at Grand Duchess on Wednesday 3/4 to meet Miguel Trindade Deramo and learn more about his priorities for transportation, public transit, and housing! Miguel wants to become the next Ward 1 DC Council member to say YES to more housing, bike lanes, transit infrastructure, and local businesses in Ward 1 and District-wide! Come meet Miguel to learn more about his plans for affordability, safer streets, and vibrant neighborhoods across Ward 1. He’s walked Ward 1 block by block, meeting residents to learn about their priorities, pressing issues and needs — but there are many more voices we need to hear and neighbors to meet! Bring your family, friends, and neighbors. As an election reformer, Miguel knows that our elections should be a level playing field. That’s why he joined DC’s Fair Elections Program. He has pledged not to accept corporate or PAC money, and in exchange, the city will match all of his grassroots donations five to one. (Huge!) The maximum that any one person can donate is only $50.
