🌿 Curious about animism, movement, and new ways to support your mind-body connection? 🧘🏽‍♀️ Did you know animism is part of many Southeast Asian cultural traditions? 🌿✨ Join us for a gathering of exploring embodied practices for building connection and exploring movement 🐘 🐾 🍳Join Moving Rasa and others for brunch, community, and movement on Saturday, June 27th @ 1 :30PM at Understory (3340 International Blvd. - Oakland, CA) ✨👣 🌺This event is for everyone — whether you grew up with Southeast Asian cultural traditions, are reconnecting with ancestral practices, or are simply curious about animism and the spiritual traditions that exist outside of Western frameworks. 🫰🏼🩷 We’ll gather for a facilitated conversation, delicious food, and a first look at the Moving Rasa Discovery Cards — a movement-based oracle deck inspired by Southeast Asian culture, imagery, intuition, and embodied practice. 🫶🏾 https://www.movingrasa.com/discovery-cards No dance or movement experience is needed.
