Women’s online circle of connection, reflection + restoration. We will meet once a month on the first of the month, Sunday @ 6:30p CDT. Each month will we practice restorative yoga, reflect on relevant topics together, journal & connect to one another from the comfort of you own home. Join for one, join for all. Intending to host each month of this year 🤍 Invite any women who you think might benefit! Suggested amount is $7. Pay what you can. Nobody turned away for lack of funds. Once you sign up, I’ll send you a zoom link.
