Join Malama’s free Postpartum Diabetes Prevention Program for moms who to stay healthy after giving birth. It’s a year-long program that meets online every other week, made by the CDC and adapted specifically for postpartum that teaches you how to eat well, move your body, handle stress, and build healthy habits.
The course is led by Coach Tedder, nurse and mom of three, and is available LIVE via Zoom or at your own pace via the Malama app (select Postpartum mode to access).
