**THE GLOW HOUR – LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS**  By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a fitness event known as “The Glow Hour,” hosted by Santia DePaola. I understand that this event may include physical activities such as strength training, resistance exercises, cardiovascular activity, and other forms of exercise that involve inherent risks.  I acknowledge that participation in physical activity carries risks including, but not limited to, muscle strain, injury, illness, falls, or other health complications. I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in this activity and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to engaging in any exercise program if I have any concerns.  I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I may incur as a result of participating in this event.  In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Santia DePaola, its owners, organizers, trainers, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during or in connection with participation in this event.  I acknowledge that The Glow Hour event may take place outdoors and that environmental conditions (including but not limited to uneven surfaces, weather, or other natural elements) may increase the risk of injury.  I agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff and to exercise within my own limits. I understand that I may stop participation at any time if I feel discomfort, pain, or concern for my safety.  I grant permission for Santia DePaola  to use photographs or videos taken during the event that may include my image for promotional and marketing purposes.  I acknowledge that I have read this waiver in full, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
