I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Event and that I am physically capable of doing so. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Event, whether known or unknown. I understand that portions of the Event may take place on public streets, sidewalks, or other areas open to traffic and the general public. I agree that I am solely responsible for complying with all traffic laws and exercising reasonable judgment while participating, and I assume all risks associated with running in such environments. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless STIIIZY, its affiliates, employees, agents, event organizers, sponsors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including those arising from the ordinary negligence of the released parties. I understand that this Event is a voluntary recreational activity and not a race or organized competition, and I agree to participate at my own pace while complying with all applicable laws and safety practices. If I am registering on behalf of a minor, I represent that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on the minor’s behalf. By submitting my RSVP, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
