Enjoy uncut gems and tips of the iceberg as we pay homage to seasonal lettuce in unexpected ways. Local delicacies from our New York agricultural network + springtime activity stations to be announced.
Dressing in lettuce-core is encouraged but not required. Music selection will invoke thoughts of a tasteful rave in a greenhouse.
