Big Love for Big Bend

^⎵^Join lovers of Big Bend to make signs, write postcards to elected officials, hand out flyers to pedestrians, and learn more about the effort to prevent a wall and other infrastructure to be built along the Rio Grande in the Big Bend region.

We will make protest signs to take to the Save Big Bend rally at the Capitol, which begins at 4 pm! Folks plan to leave around 3:45 to walk to the Capitol but if you’re running late or it’s raining hard, the store will be open (they close at 6).

Patagonia is hosting us ! We will have snacks and refreshments and plus basic sign making materials and some clear plastic bags if you want to protect your sign from the rain. I recommend bringing rain gear.
