You're invited to the year-end bliss body ceremony facilitated by Sunny Love Healing with special guest, Antha Reynolds aka Late Breakfast who will be blessing us with a closing sound bath.
we've ENDURED 2025 and let me break it to you: the female body was designed and has evolved to endure the unimaginable - shaping the evolution of our ENTIRE SPECIES!!
Witnessing you all embrace your power, grief, grace, love and bliss over this past year has been incredibly inspiring and I'm so honored to hold this space again and again.
Whether you've joined once, never, or many times before... this ceremony is for you.
Come angry. Come sad. Come tired. Come joyful. Come abundant. Come depleted.
I guarantee you'll get what you need out of it - which is probably what you didn't ever realize you needed.
The ceremony starts with a sharing circle. Wisdom is shared. Intentions are set. Everyone is welcomed into the space.
Sunny will guide you into some somatic explorations helping you orient yourself with the space and your body.
There's about 45-55 minutes of free (ecstatic) dance where you can dance, rest, cry, scream, stretch, laugh, whatever comes up for you.
The music is curated to deliberately meet the many layers of your awareness and support you in remembering your divine.
The ceremony will close with some gentle stretching and an ethereal sound bath with Antha.
Come wearing something comfortable. I recommend layers because we blow off a lot of steam and things get hot, hot, hot.
Bring a water bottle.
Leave your shoes and ego at the door.

She weaves together her experience as a Sound Healer, Reiki Practitioner, Meditation guide and Yoga teacher to support her clients and community in healing from burnout by prioritizing self-care. She also supports current and aspiring entrepreneurs to bring their dreams to life through group programs and 1:1 offerings.
