AI is moving fast — and for many people building in it, that pace can feel like noise, pressure, or uncertainty.
This is a space to slow down, reset, and move back into action with more clarity.
We’ll begin with a grounding session, hear from builders working across AI, and then move into hands-on experimentation with tools in the room.
Format
• Guided grounding / reset session
• Conversation with AI builders & operators
• Hands-on build + experimentation
• Networking w/ drinks & bites

Emily Leahy is the founder of InPhase, an AI-powered platform helping women optimize performance and leadership through physiology-informed insights. She is an ICF-certified coach through Brown University and a speaker on leadership, performance, and building systems that work with women’s biology, not against it.
TeLisa Daughtry is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, conscious technologist, educator, and global advocate for gender equity in technology. Katherine Brough is the founder of NuPath AI, an AI platform focused on supporting mental health, physical health, and everyday wellbeing through intelligent systems. Stephanie Farquhar is the founder of Equitable Data Solutions and a former leader at Google, the White House Office of Management and Budget, and the NYC Health Department. Her work focuses on helping leaders — especially women and historically marginalized professionals — build confidence with data and AI in high-stakes environments. Stephanie specializes in responsible AI, leadership communication, and making technical conversations more accessible, empowering, and actionable.
Nichole Acosta is digital health product manager who doesn’t just learn about AI—she builds with it, and she builds fast. She joined Women Defining AI in December and completed the foundations courses, and within days, she’d taken what she learned and shipped an Agenthon team matcher that matches people who want to solve similar problems across Mayo Clinic. Within hours of building it, her leadership team—including AI experts and physicians—were impressed enough to roll it out to 1,800 colleagues. She enjoys solving problems that reduce mental burden and is here today to help you build your daily operating system to do just that.
