Greetings and Salutations, For more than twelve years, Letters to a Young Bartender has been one of the most meaningful traditions in hospitality. Through the wisdom and generosity of industry icons including Gary "Gaz" Regan, Julie Reiner, Jackson Cannon, Derek Brown, Dale DeGroff, and many others, we've shared stories of mentorship, resilience, leadership, authenticity, inclusion, and the responsibility to leave our industry better than we found it. This year, we invite you to join us as we continue that tradition. Hosted by Dan Long, the session will feature heartfelt letters from Tara Marshall, Andrea Grujić, Iain McPherson, Amanda Gunderson, H. Ehrmann, and Travis Nass, each sharing the lessons, experiences, and perspectives they wish someone had shared with them at the very beginning of their journey.
