When in the course of human events a bunch of people choose to live together and cultivate a community hub, it sometimes happens that said hub gets a little dog eared. 

While few things around the house are broken, there are a lot of things that could stand to be improved:
- repotting various plants 
- replanting the garden bed in front of 2057 
- clearing out the sad broken hot tub 
- cleaning & sprucing up the gym area 
- reviving the Middle East cafe (if you don't know what that is, you'll love it when it's back!) 
- re-sealing the outdoor furniture 
- cleaning the hammocks 
- organizing drawers 
- replacing lightbulbs 
- it's probably time to take down the Christmas tree?
etc etc etc!
