Resonance: Sound Bath & Tea

No one is ever turned away for lack of funds. Your presence is deeply valued. This work exists to cultivate connection and make wellness more accessible to all, especially for those of us who have been historically marginalized and under supported. You are welcome here, as you are, that is enough. <3 Queer & BIPOC led Sound Healing with Guided Tea Somatic Meditation Step into a restorative sensory immersion where tea and sound gently guide you back to the wisdom of the body. This experience weaves guided tea meditation with restorative sound healing, creating a soft landscape of awareness where the senses open and the nervous system can settle. Through the warmth of tea, the resonance of sound, and shared quiet presence, we enter a space of slowing, listening, and inner return. Tea becomes more than a beverage here; it is a grounding companion, a steady thread of awareness that supports reflection, embodiment, and subtle attunement. Sound moves like a tide around this anchor, helping the body soften, the breath deepen, and the mind release its constant momentum. Together they create a gentle rhythm that invites rest, presence, and a renewed relationship with stillness. This offering is designed as a space of care, where nothing is required of you beyond arriving as you are. Whether you come seeking restoration, reflection, or simply a pause from the pace of daily life, this gathering holds room for quiet unfolding and the natural intelligence of the body to emerge. This experience is offered on a sliding scale of 60 to 70, reflecting the depth of preparation, materials, and care involved in holding this shared space. We also offer a BIPOC sliding scale of 35 to 45 to support increased access to rest and wellness spaces for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. Our tiered pricing structure exists as a practice of community care. Contributing at the higher end helps sustain the facilitators, supports the continued offering of accessible rates, and expands opportunities for those who have been historically underserved to participate in spaces of healing and connection. Choosing the lower end of the scale is welcome when it allows you to attend with more ease. This structure is offered in trust, honoring that different people arrive with different levels of access, resources, and support, and that shared wellness spaces grow stronger through reciprocity and collective care. If the listed prices still feel out of reach, you are welcome to reach out directly. We are committed to keeping restorative spaces accessible and are open to finding a way that works. To nurture a mindful and welcoming environment, we ask participants to be attentive to sensory sensitivities by avoiding strong fragrances. This space is held with gentle awareness, where we respect both our own needs and those of others. By arriving with openness, care, and respect for each person’s boundaries, we cultivate a shared atmosphere where tea, sound, meditation, and belonging can thrive together. All are welcome here. You are invited to arrive as you are and take part in a space rooted in care, openness, and community, where each presence is honored. We acknowledge that this gathering takes place on the traditional lands of the Multnomah, Clackamas, Chinook, Kathlamet, Tualatin Kalapuya, Molalla, and many other Indigenous ancestors and communities. We honor their enduring presence, care, and wisdom, and offer gratitude to the land and to the people who have tended it since time immemorial.
