Gather for a deeply restorative journey designed to support you through the Spring Equinox. This offering is intended to serve as a Limpia (cleanse) to shake off the heaviness of Winter and invite the renewal of Spring. We'll move through a gentle preparatory practice to center the body and breath, followed by an immersive gong bath with planetary gongs and sacred instruments. Together, we’ll attune to the current planetary alignment, cultivate grounding stillness, and create space to turn inward. This is a time for integration, recalibration, and quiet reflection — allowing the subtle shifts of the season to settle into your system with clarity and ease.
How to Join:
We'll begin the live stream on YouTube at 6:00PM Central Time. A recording will be available on YouTube after the live stream.
What to Bring:
Comforts. Wear comfortable clothing that you can relax in.
Props. Have a comfortable space available where you can relax. This could be a yoga mat, sofa, or bed. 2 blankets and a small towel or eye pillow are also recommended.
Headphones. Gongs through live stream are best experienced through headphones.
Sacred items. Bring your crystals, stones, mala necklaces, or other sacred items that you wish to charge with gong vibrations.
An openness to receive the experience you came to have.
THE GONGS
24" Moon Gong: governs lunar energies, emotions, home, mother, and nurturing practices. Supports healing emotions and the divine feminine.
26" Earth Gong: Charismatic and full in sound Earth Gong evokes the feeling and energy of the earth herself, grounding yet watery and expansive.
32" Mercury Gong: governs communication, messages, and supports the messenger. Offers space for deep levels of communication and self-actualization.
36" Sun Gong: enhances awareness of the Self, which purifies the personal will and inspires healing.
