The Standard After Dark • Somatic Spa
The Standard After Dark presents: The Somatic Spa; an evening in the exquisite Hammam that includes tapping into all senses, breath play, embodiment, sound meditation, and delightful refreshments to support your experience. You will be guided by Andrew Hague and Jennifer Tone through an integrative journey to access catharsis and bliss on a cellular level.
The Somatic Spa will begin welcoming guests at 10:00PM and will conclude at midnight. You are welcome to stay, have fruit and tea, mingle, and enjoy the various saunas and steam rooms until 1:00AM.
If this is your first experience in a Turkish-style Hammam, it’s important to know that unlike a sauna with dry heat and a high temperature, the hammam produces humid lower heat that is easily tolerable. Swimsuits are the best option to wear. You’re welcome to bring a sarong or a coverup, as you please. This experience is not best for pregnant women due to the heat.

Towels + robes are provided.
Bring your water bottle
Wear comfortable attire/swimsuits that you can breathe and move in.

Jennifer Tone is a somatic practitioner and intimacy coach, helping individuals connect deeply to their bodies and increase neuroplasticity with ritual, talk therapy, and ancient tantric practices since 2018.
