We’re partnering with Outwellness and Kai Bustos to bring you more self defense opportunities! This 101 class offers a safe, beginner friendly space to learn self-defense. Class will focus on developing your external confidence (practical application) and internal confidence (mental focus). You’ll leave class with techniques to guide your decisions during a physical altercation. Donations for this event allows us to compensate Kai for his time and continue to produce events for the queer community. RSVPs are limited to one per person!
