Time for another energy reset! For this month’s session, we’ll be exploring the theme of Strength, particularly as it pertains to our creativity and gifts. What does it mean to cultivate the strength and inner trust needed to embody our power?

As always, we’ll start the session with time to connect and share what’s been coming up for us, followed by a guided energy work practice to help us reset and recenter 💕
