Dreamscaping is a guided ideation workshop — a place to check in, quiet the noise, and listen to what’s stirring beneath the surface.
This is for people who are busy, capable, and sensing they’re on the edge of something — a transition, an opening, a shift they can’t quite name yet.
Dreamscaping is a practice of staying in relationship with yourself and your dreams for yourself, your community, the world — naming threads you can return to and pull on when things feel unclear.
This particular workshop isn’t about goal-setting or fixing. It’s an essential practice of reflection, imagination, and listening.
During this workshop, you will spend time in a group doing activities which lead you to wander your inner landscape. We’ll play, check in with our bodies, be a little zany, and unearth ideas. We’ll connect themes, get real, maybe identify truths about ourselves.
Our experience of dreamscaping is that it awakens or eros, or lust for life, and our sense of connection to something bigger. At the very least it gives us signposts along our way. You will receive a downloadable PDF mini workbook so that you can continue this practice of self-awareness on your own.
Facilitated by two dear friends:
