Tucson Thrive with Leigh-Anne Harrison

Leigh-Anne Harrison is the founder of Hard Hats & Heels, a movement for women who want to rise in their careers without burning out or losing themselves along the way. Her work helps women lead with confidence, be seen for their true value, and build careers that feel as good on the inside as they look on paper, all while reclaiming feminine leadership in male-dominated spaces. For over twenty years, Leigh-Anne broke barriers in one of the toughest industries out there: construction. She began as a 19-year-old receptionist and young mom, eventually rising to become the Executive Director of CHASSE Building Team Tucson, where she scaled her division from two people to a thriving nine-figure enterprise. Along the way, she helped shape some of Arizona’s most iconic projects, including the Tucson Premium Outlets and the Pima Community College Automotive Technology Center. Her success was built on a powerful mix of strategy, compassion, and human-first leadership that inspired those around her. Named one of Arizona’s Most Influential Women in Business by AZ Business & AZRE Magazine (2023), Leigh-Anne also gives back through her work on several nonprofit boards, including the Boys & Girls Club, American Heart Association, Cornerstone Building Foundation, and Marana School District Foundation. Her guiding belief has always been simple: leadership isn’t about climbing ladders, it’s about lifting others. But even after reaching the top, Leigh-Anne faced a quiet truth. Despite leading major projects and earning her seat at the table, she began to feel disconnected from herself. The harder she worked, the emptier it felt. That realization became the spark for change, a turning point that led her to redefine success from the inside out. Today, as a business and leadership coach, Leigh-Anne helps ambitious women and mission-driven leaders rewrite the rules of success. Through The Rocketship Mastermind and her private coaching, she helps women break free from burnout, overproving, and outdated leadership models that glorify exhaustion. Her approach blends strategic thinking with energetic alignment, helping women expand their impact without losing their joy. Leigh-Anne’s message is clear and deeply human: you don’t have to choose between success and peace, ambition and alignment, or leadership and love. You can build something extraordinary and feel fully alive doing it. When she’s not mentoring women or speaking to audiences, you can find Leigh-Anne hiking, stargazing, or simply reconnecting under Arizona’s vast desert sky, the same place where she first realized the truth that changed everything: you can have it all, as long as you lead from who you really are.
