Free Yoga Class for All Levels. Every Wednesday from 1 p.m. -2 p.m. Join us for a relaxing, all-levels yoga class designed to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and support overall well-being. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Limited mats available. No experience necessary — all abilities welcome.
